Benjamin has several years of management experience and industry knowledge in community, mobile and freemium sectors. In 2003 he founded Dampfer.NET – the first social network in Central Germany. He expanded his portfolio on communication services for businesses in 2007 launching the SMS Gateway provider smstrade.eu. In 2008 he founded DIE KAPITÄNE media GmbH establishing a platform for his businesses and services in the media sector.

Already during the setting up of Dampfer.NET, Björn distinguished himself as a visionary and the creative mind of the former threesome, and was involved in all of the ventures with Benjamin. He is intensely involved with problem solving so as to improve existing products, as well as the identification of market opportunities, in order to use critical success potentials in the best way possible.

David has been working together successfully with Benjamin und Björn since 2003 and contributed to the success of all previous ventures in his role as technical manager. During their shared career he acquired extensive knowledge in front-end and back-end development, as well as entrepreneurial know-how. David is now responsible for the implementation of technical business objectives, as a link between the development and founding team.

Tobias can draw on his wealth of experience as an independent marketing consultant and as Managing Director of the advertising agency Creative Kings. As founder of klub-kultur.de, where he first worked together with Alexander, he has acquired management expertise as well as knowledge in community management and online marketing. LOVOO benefits from his strong communication skills, his assertiveness and his extensive process and method know-how.

As the Creative Director of the advertising agency UPDESIGN.DE, Alexander gained several years of experience in the areas of communication design, web design and social media. In his role as Product Manager at klub-kultur.de and Orange Kiss he acquired extensive knowledge in the area of community management. Alexander has taken on the role of the COO of LOVOO, which benefits from both his commercial know-how and his ability to be a team player.

Like Florian, André graduated from HTW Dresden with a degree in media information technology, during which he discovered his passion for developing apps. His main focus, Android development, already became clear during working together at maniac labs, symbiotically complementing their abilities as developers. André has already brought numerous apps for Android to market maturity. He completes the LOVOO’s team of developers.

Florian developed a broad portfolio on iOS apps and web services during his degree in media information technology at HTW Dresden. Alongside his outstanding skills as a developer, he is particularly recognized for his business mentality, which has encouraged him to start two software firms, Procedon and maniac labs. Florian already worked together with the founding team, headed up by Benjamin, in 2009 for the development of a messenger app.
