Company Summary
LOTUS Alliance partners NGO's and socially responsible hotels to provide survivors of human trafficking employment opportunities simultaneously addressing the high relapse rate of survivors and the growing demand for staff within the responsible tourism industry. LOTUS works in regions where tourism is a large economic driver preparing and incentivizing hotels to take an active role in the preservation of the local economy and culture.

Arati Sureddi is a graduate of Boston University's School of Management 2007. She has volunteered and worked in countries where hospitality industries are major economic drivers and corruption and trafficking in people is rampant including America, Australia, Greece, Brazil, India and Thailand. Three of the organizations she worked for were start ups and one was a turn around; all are in the fields of education and training.
