Millennials worldwide have become neighbourhood-based due to remote working, creating a once-in-a-generation opportunity to re-imagine how our neighbourhoods deliver the community and wellness that millennials need.

Our solution is simple yet powerful: Loom is the neighbourhood club within 15-minutes from home where members exercise, work, and play under one roof. We are raising our seed round to launch our first Loom in London before scaling.

  • Han-Rui Chiew

    Han-Rui worked as a senior consultant and property advisor at Arup. He has deep expertise in property and project management, building business cases from opportunity identification through to design, delivery, and operation. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Member of the Association for Project Managers.

    He received a Bachelor and Masters in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University, one of the best UK universities for his course.

  • Andres Mendoza
    Co-founder

    Andres worked as an innovation manager at Arup, spearheading its global digital strategy through product development. Previously, he was a community developer at Americorps and an architect & urban designer at OMA Rem Koolhaas, the acclaimed architecture firm.

    He received a Bachelor of Architecture at Cornell University, ranked first nationwide, and a Master in Urban Planning at Harvard University with a concentration in community development.
