Company Summary

We are currently developing a property in DFW to build this award winning structure. It is a rustic barn structure with 6,000 interior SF and 10,000 SF of outdoor patio with a stage. This project should gross $4 million and net $1 million annually. The build out cost for this project is $2.5 million with a $400k discount from my GC who is a partner in this deal. We are currently looking in several other cities to develop more of these projects.
