Gurcharan started his professional career in 1999 as franchisee of India's largest Express cargo company "GATI LTD". In early 2003, he moved to the technological world. In 2008, he started working for Google Inc. and lead technical development team which developed back-end solutions for different Google products.
In 2011, he decided to use his experience in Logistics & Software industry and founded "Rachna Technologies”.

Mr. Khamar is a widely experienced professional in the areas of Express Distribution Logistics as well as Shipping/Warehousing/Logistics of Edible oil commodities, having a high Customer orientation.
While with M/s GATI Limited, he played various roles in heading Gati's Regional Business Operations, and later heading Gati's efforts to develop their Warehousing infrastructure / Logistics Centres.

N.K.Parashar is having 2 decades of experience in Indian Logistics. He started his carrier from the base level and reached to top management in TCI Industry. In TCI, he very closely observed the changes that Indian transportation industry has went through in last one decade, specifically after the 1996 economic liberalisation.
N.K.Parashar, is currently working for DAMCO India (A.P.Moller-Maersk Group Company) as President Transportation.
