Company Summary

Lockbox Local is a secure deposit payment app with mutual funds release for local transactions that are completed in person.

The app is free, users must register before they can use the app. We use Plaid to allow a user to connect a bank account and Stripe to process the transactions. At this time we are only leveraging ACH transactions.

Both the Buyer and Seller pay a transaction fee, 1.65%.
