Keith has spent his entire professional career in consulting with focus on healthcare and technology innovation. While at Deloitte, Keith co-authored the Electronic Medical Records strategy for the New Zealand Ministry of Health. He also has deep experience with healthcare information systems such as Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Charlie is an IT leader for a large hospital with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Charlie has directed analytics and reporting teams covering perioperative and anesthesia, procedure suite, revenue cycle, finance, hospital operations, labor management, leadership performance management, and strategy domains at a major academic medical center.
