Frank attended Mankato State University, graduating with a bachelors in Marketing with a minor in Business Management. His food career started at the Schwan Food Co. where he was a Associate Category Marketing Manager. He was responsible for profitable growth of existing and emerging product categories, annual & 3-year strategic plans. Frank provides the marketing and business planning for Local Crate as well as future planning opportunities.

Mike attended Johnson & Wales University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition. Mike has worked in the food industry for the past 11 years with Whole Foods Market, Corporate Chef for Chairman’s Foods LLC in Nashville, TN, and Corporate Chef & Food Scientist with The Schwan Food Company. Mike focuses on recipe development, sourcing, and operation strategies for Local Crate.
