Kelly has over 30 years in food services starting at 11 years of age working in an Italian restaurant making pizza dough. By 18 assistant manager of A&W restaurant. Then on to downtown Chicago where she worked for the same company for 14 years as F.O.H. head server, cashier & hostess. Moved to B.O.H prep cook & assistant baker. In 2001 she received her A.A. in baking & pastry from le cordon blu. In that year she starting working for Great Harvest

Miranda Baugh (Kelly’s oldest child) is head server. She is to over see everything that happens in the customer service area for café. She will also be responsible for hiring any other servers. We feel that she is a good choice, because she will be the one who knows what the customers expect from their server. Robert Jones is the owner financial manager/head of all repairs and upkeep. He is the rock that will back up everyone and keep financial sound. His hours of work at Living Green will not be that many (about 20) for the 1st year because he is keeping his full time job at MTC INC. so that no money of Living Green will need to be used for household expenses.

Montana Baugh is a wonderful young lady who is very eager to learn and be fully involved in Living Green. Langley is very appealing to Montana for she loves to act and have fun. She is looking forward to theater involvement and finding her new church.

Maverick is only 13 but he will make a great steward for Living Green with his peers. Very creative musician and loves his momma. Believes Living Green is the best thing to happen for his future and very excited to be part of south Whidbey. He will be at Living Green daily to work as helper to his sisters and events set up and take down.

Megan Byrne is a nutritionist from Ireland. Who in the past years comes to America for the summer and has worked at Molly’s cupcakes. She will be working at Living Green for the summer months.

Close family friend who visits every year.
Both are great addition to the already awesome staff.

Kate Covell is Living Green’s cake specialist. She will be joining us in the spring time thru summer. Though the winter months she will be working with chef’s in Colorado.

Juan Zalapa is Living Green’s new awesome cook (husband to Miranda). He also takes his skills very serious. Always looking to make food an art and perfect. Hard working family man in the kitchen gives us stability of menu items and customer satisfaction.

Martina Baugh is Living Green’s all around go to person she has experience in every area of Living Green the bakery, kitchen, customer service and sales plus she was the head barista for Molly’s cupcakes in Lincoln park, Chicago. We will see great things from Martina she is a people person always looking to be involved and make work fun.
