Company Summary

Thousands in the noisemaking arts (music, records, video postproduction) work at home, not in expensive recording studios. Problem - most homes are spectacularly unsuitable for this task. Solution - we will adapt and reuse vacant industrial property in Philadelphia as modern loft style apartments and production suites for music and film production, with a large live recording room for both residents and outside clients at its core.
