LiveWell will take ownership of the program and execute a business model designed to grow the core business, develop new revenue and offer a return to shareholders. Drs. Rosati & Neelon will stay on through a contract w the PLLC.

    Chris is the Founder and CEO of Closed Loop Healthcare. He will continue to act in that capacity.
