Company Summary
We are a white label supplier of 3-in-1 Home Automation/Home security/CCTV software. Our in home 'hub' can be put anything Android and turns that device into a smart home/home security system e.g. tablets, smart TV's, Set top Boxes, HDMI dongles. We have a cloud service and apps on all the major phone platforms. We are licencing our patented software to Alarm companies, Android hardware manufacturers, Retailers and Internet Service Providers.

In 2001, he moved to Vodafone where he was responsible for the governance of a basket of companies. In 2003 Miles and Mark set up a company that they successfully took from self-funded zero base to a turnover of £6.4m/pre-tax profit of £1.5m and subsequent trade sale exit having won some of the largest contracts ever awarded in the industry

Sales Director & MDMark has held a number of senior management roles both in the UK as well as Germany and the US. He was Sales Director of the GPS Fleet Management business started with Miles. Mark built sales from a zero start, developed the sales team and spearheaded sales into the UK utilities sector. He personally won major contracts in a number of Water Companies and led the winning bids for contracts for Royal Mail (£11m) and Network Rail (£6m)

Technical DirectorDr Alhad Kuwadekar has been pursuing research in the area of mobile computing at USW. Prior to this, he won many awards including t-he prestigious “Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship” for academic excellence. He holds a certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) for Wireless LANs and CDMA Mobile Communications. He has recently gained a doctorate at USW.

Professor Khalid Al-BegainNon ExecProfessor of Mobile Computing and Networking and the Director of the Integrated Communications Research Centre (ICRC) and the Centre of Excellence of Mobile Application and Services (CEMAS) at the University of Glamorgan, UK. He received his Ph.D. in Communications Engineering in 1989. He is the President of the Federation of European Simulation Societies. He has edited 15 books, co-authored two books and more than 180 papers.
