    I have been working in the food industry for over 15 years in Chicago & NY. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago in 2002 and now I enjoy creating NEW tasty and amazing sauces. I have been working on Zoe's BBQ sauces since 2003 and now Zoe's Sauces have been sold and delivered to several cities. I have also sold Zoe's Sauces in Chicago at a farmers market, online, at family gatherings, and church functions. Our customers love Zoe's Sauces

    Essie Griffin handles all of the direct sales for the business as well as customer service. Essie was born in Uganda and has worked in many positions that require her to talk, which she loves to do... she is a great fit for this position. Her go getter attitude has enabled her to talk to anyone anywhere about our business has truly helped us get our sauces sold and we have many repeat customers.
