Rick is a serial entrepreneur, venture investor, Silicon Valley-based business attorney, friend, husband and father, wine-maker and organic gardener. He co-manages the DeGolia-Kamb Wine Partnerships, and is on the Boards of Little Pickle Press, Cimbal, ColorPower, Lextron, Retrofit America, Mercado Global, The Cleantech Open, and the Clean Coalition. He is a partner at Exigen Capital, and an ex-partner of The Angels’ Forum and Wilson, Sonsini.

Rana DiOrio went to Duke University and Vanderbilt Law School. As an investor, investment banker, and lawyer, she helped management teams raise financing, acquire assets, hire key employees and develop and execute strategic plans. She worked for Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, Wilson Sonsini, Alex. Brown, Merrill Lynch, Banc of America, and North Point Advisors. In 2009, Rana founded Little Pickle Press. She serves on the Board of the Independent Book

Laurie Carvajal is a graduate of Pomona College and Kellogg School of Management. She is a former investment banker and consultant focused on the technology sector and growth companies. She started with Little Pickle Press at inception and is primarily responsible for operations.
