Company Summary
Little Bee Pops LLC will provide handmade, 100% local, honey-sweetened popsicles to farmers’ market, retail and restaurant markets in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are scheduled to enter the market on April 13, 2012. Little Bee Pops is a mom-owned, mission-driven company that intends to reinvent a classic childhood treat, and reclaim the popsicle’s place in a healthy childhood.

Liz Snyder is a food activist, anthropologist, and entrepreneur. She has her MSc in nutritional anthropology from Oxford University, where she studied the food marketing industry and childhood nutrition. She is the founder of Full Circle Farm, an educational, organic farm on school land. Her most recent endeavor is Little Bee Pops - bringing healthy, sustainable summer treats to Silicon Valley. She and her family live in Mountain View, CA.

Lilia SchwartzChief Creative Office (Design/Marketing)
Graphic designer, artist, photographer, and information architect Lilia Schwartz is co-owner of Little Bee Pops and is responsible for design, branding, and marketing while also spending a fair share of her time hulling strawberries and pitting cherries.

Melissa PatelKitchen Manager
Melissa is Little Bee Pops' Kitchen Manager. Before becoming a mom, Melissa worked in commercial food service doing line and prep work. Today, Melissa is active as the Garden Manager at Full Circle Farm, gives backyard chicken classes, and raises chicks in the spring. She is also a Girl Scout Camp Leader were she manages the process of feeding over 125 girls a day. She is excited to create a bustling and efficient kitchen for Little Bee Pops.
