We are a one of a kind hydrotherapy and Hydrotraining facility. No other facility in Canada offers similar services under one roof. Our services include HydroTraining™ and physiotherapy using state of the art underwater treadmills and underwater bikes. Our market includes physiotherapy rehab, sport and fitness training and medical conditions that benifit from water hdrostatic pressure and bouyancy.

    Karen has a degree from Acadia University in Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Recreation. In 1982 she started the provincial Adapted Aquatics Program for the Canadian Red Cross in New Brunswick and also at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. In 1992 Karen was hired by the Ministry of Economic Trade and Development and its partners, the City of Ottawa and OCEDCO to open the Entrepreneurship Center.
