Prior to LH, Diane founded and ran Lipton Corporate Child Care (LCCC) the provider of back up child care to major corporations such as Bloomberg, SEC, PEPSICO, Novartis, World Bank. LCCC was recognized as one of the Best 25 Small companies by Working Mother. The company was sold to Bright Horizons in 2008 and generated a 4.5X return for investors.
