  • Co-founder and Chairman

    Robert has worked in the media sector for over 30 years. He co-founded PrintCafe Inc (IPO in 2002 and later acquired by EFI Inc) and was VP of its European operations for eight years, which under his leadership was consistently the most profitable part of the group. In 2004 he co-founded Express KCS (www.expresskcs.com), a global, VC backed, creative production company, which he has grown to nearly 400 employees and is still leading today.

    Nathalie completed her PhD in theoretical physics at the University of Amsterdam, after which she joined the strategic management consulting company Arthur D. Little in London. Subsequently, as an independent strategy and change management consultant Nathalie has worked in Europe, Asia and the United States in a variety of roles across range of industries, including media, energy and renewables.

  • After his physics degree and research on gravitation at Cambridge Emrys started an electronics design consultancy. While working for Sun Computers in Palo Alto he was recognised as a Sun Distinguished Engineer. He laid the theoretical foundations for the automated diagnosis algorithms incorporated into current operating systems. Emrys is cited in more than fifty different granted patents in hardware and software.

  • Business Development Director

    Tim is a client-facing business development and transition professional. With over 25 years of experience he has been involved in an wide range of client communication programmes covering customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. Highlights include Tesco Clubcard and the inception of Tesco Bank. He was a founding executive of an EMEA-based online business which successfully exited to a private equity investor.

  • Product Manager

    Ward was Director of Marketing Technology for Macy’s West in San Francisco before he moved to Europe. He then led the Product Management team for software first in Scandinavia/Baltics and then in Asia Pacific for Heidelberger Druckmaschinen. Ward has a deep understanding of B2B software solution selling as well as a passion for marketing workflows and execution.
