LinkedMD’s business model is to provide a Comprehensive Care Plan to physician practices and their patients. The vehicles allowing us to do that are CMS CPT codes 99490, 99487 and 99489. LinkedMD will charge the physician practice a percentage of the fee reimbursed to them by the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and has developed the technology to interact with a practice’s EMR as well as collect patient data for analysis.
