Vance has over 27 years of medical device experience having worked in various roles in manufacturing, marketing and sales at several different companies. Lineus is his fourth start-up, and he handles all sales, marketing, finance and accounting projects at the company. He has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.

Spencer worked bedside as a registered nurse for 3 years before founding Lineus Medical in 2015. He leads all activities for the company related to clinical studies, intellectual property, and clinical education for customers.

Will has over 17 years of medical device experience, with his most recent position being head of product development for Medtronic's cervical spine division. He has over 30 issued patents and has a degree in mechanical engineering.
