Spencer graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor in the Science of Nursing. He is a named inventor on 4 issued patents and is responsible for clinical trials, intellectual property, clinical education, and supports sales and marketing.

Vance Clement leads the Lineus Medical team as CEO and has over 25 years of experience in the medical device space. Prior to Lineus, Vance was Sr. Director of Marketing and a key player in Mako Surgical’s growth from an orthopedic start-up with 17 installed surgical robots to over 156 installed robots and sales of over $100M.

Will Armstrong leads Lineus Medical’s engineering efforts as the VP of Engineering. Will is an experienced R&D leader with an 18+ year track record of fueling innovation and driving new product commercialization. Prior to joining Lineus Medical in 2020, Will had progressing leadership roles at Cook Medical and Medtronic Spine where he led project teams to over 20 successful product launches in the highly competitive spinal implant market.

Ryan has over 15 years of experience working in the Vascular Medical Device market. Before becoming Vice President of Sales at Lineus Medical, he assisted in the market launch of Curos Disinfection Port Protector at Ivera Medical resulting in the sale of Ivera Medical to 3M Medical. Ryan spent 6 years working for ICU Medical as a Product Specialist where he helped bring 4 new products to the Vascular Access market, changing the standard of care.
