During his professional life he had several software development team leading, and architect positions. He holds B.Sc. degree in Physics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Hakan has 15+ years of enterprise software architecture, design and development experience. He is the Chief Architect building the Tlos workload automation software. He completed his masters thesis on expert systems for decision making, and performed several academicals studies while he was a researcher at ITU. He holds M.Sc. degree in Systems Analysis and B.Sc. degree in Mathematical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

He has strong data integration, data conversion, application integration knowhow on various platforms and complex IT environments.
