Likwa is creating an internet-based service that relieves pain for more than 120 million Americans who did not grow up using the internet. These people are not web savvy, so they find the web browsing process complex and confusing. Likwa's service will empower them to browse the internet and utilize its resources without feeling dumb or being intimidated by the technology. Our innovative solution will make the browsing process quick and easy.

    Justin Volker is an attorney, a serial entrepreneur, and a recovering tech nerd. His business and legal education, entrepreneurial experience, and technology background make him ideally suited to lead an innovative startup company.

    He and Scott co-founded and managed a successful tech business 8 years ago. They will add the education and experience gained since then to their proven management chemistry to propel Likwa to even greater success

    Co-Founder & COO

    Scott Wallace has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major emphasis on Human Resource Management, and a minor emphasis on Marketing. He is also pursuing his Master of Business Administration.

    His work experience encompassed sales, marketing, management, IT, and HR duties across several industries.
