Karen attended TCC's Culinary School and has been creating artistic treats for friends and family for more than 20 years. She has been in a Customer Service based career for over 20 years. This venture fullfills a life long dream in which her deaf Mom has always baked out of her kitchen as a side job as jobs for the deaf were hard to come by. Karen would like to expand on her family experience and provide a fun atmosphere to appeal to everyone

Megan Smith, partner, and Registered Dietetic Technician has worked in Clinical Nutrition for 10 years teaching patients how to eat right and live healthy lifestyles. Her passion for her cakes and desserts started several years ago when she made the promise to never buy her kids a grocery store birthday cake. She is a self taught baker and decorator for "Twinkles and Sprinkles" and with much encouragement from friends & family her hobby is ready
