Jarno Puff´s has always a passion for aviation, electronic and computer systems. He holds a high school degree in electronic and industrial robotic systems. Jarno Puff develops, in partnerships with Massimo Roldo, unmanned aerial systems and ground control stations since 2004 and one of their prototypes developed then become the technological start point of the Advanced Aviation Technology – A2Tech company, incorporated in 2008

Max have around 25 years of technical experience, started from Building Designer and Architect at Venice’s University. He provided Trainings and Professional Services/Support EMEA wide for some US based companies, leader in Storage Area Network/Fibre Channel solutions since 2000: Inrange, CNT, McDATA Inc and Brocade where it covered Italy and Spain for the last 8 Years, as a Service Delivery Manager managing a team of 7 engineers.

Rita Nogara provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. She supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization assists the Management Team on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
