Liingo was founded by optical industry veterans to change the way the world sees eyewear. Our passion is to enable consumers to use eyewear as a means of self-expression. We will create a vertically integrated company that saves consumers over 50% on premium eyewear. Our model will lead with style and quality supported by simplicity and savings, providing an engaging experience and thus removing the typical barriers to purchase glasses.

    Douglas brings a diverse background in business development and leadership to the Liingo Eyewear team. He spent 12 years at 1-800 CONTACTS working in business development, where he most recently helped launch Glasses.com from business plan through its eventual sale to Luxottica in 2014. He led the company through the subsequent business integration where he served as President of Glasses.com at Luxottica Retail North America.

    Amy has worked in marketing and ecommerce for over 15 years. She has received the Internet Retailer Hot 100 four times and was named one of Utah Business Magazine’s Women to Watch in 2013. This past year, she was also given the Most Influential Women in Optical award by Vision Monday. Amy has held management positions in several industries and across several brands. Most recently, Amy was VP of Marketing & Ecommerce Glasses.com at Luxottica.

    Brandon is a software developer with over 14 years of combined experience in web development, digital marketing, and UI design. Brandon is very experienced at building complex applications at breakneck speed with high-quality coding. Brandon’s true passion lies in seeing a great design vision brought to life on the screens of users.

  • Co-Founder & CDO

    With 4 years of in-house design experience and 10 years at a creative agency, Peder is an award-winning designer and creative director, passionate about building brands that people connect with. His experience lies in brand identity, packaging, environmental experience, and digital experience design. He believes that great design influences us, and seeks to create meaningful experiences that bring a little more joy into people’s lives.
