Bill is a member of Lightweight Structures and offers services as a LEED certified architect for the Company and its Green Building projects.

Jim Jendusa has over 25 years of experience in the engineering design and construction industry. Jim formed Lightweight Structures in 2005 and his patented FORTECO framing system has recently won 1st place in the North Central CleanTech Open and an Edison Silver Award. Jim owns Jendusa Design and Engineering, Jendusa Development and was Chief Engineer at MSI General Corp. He has B.S. and Master of Engineering degrees from UW-Milwaukee.

Dave is a stategic partner of Lightweight Structures and is President of Germantown Iron & Steel Corp. Dave has extensive experience in the fabrication and installation of structural steel for building construction.

Ken is a strategic partner of Lightweight Structures and is Vice President of Germantown Iron & Steel Corp. Ken assists with estimating of Lightweight Structures projects.

Steve is a Project Manager managing the fabrication facility and field installation work. Steve has extensive experience in building construction and manufacturing where he has owned his own construction company and worked for James Hoffman Builders. Steve also worked for T.J. Hale as a purchasing manager. Steve has a M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering and a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
