LightCat uses data science to optimise products, by creating ‘invisible polls’ and activating them, within the product, at the right time.
It is:
1) soft-coded - like an ongoing conversation. PMs can decide the next question after ‘hearing’ the responses of the previous one.
2) instant - eg a “success” pop-up can ask the question, right after the action
3) relevant - questions can be based on current action, persona and previous responses
