    An attorney and a CPA, Steve has over 20 years experience managing organizations and maximizing value for all parties. Prior to Lifespire, Steve was a Managing Director at a well respected boutique consulting firm. There he served as interim CxO on many occasions, and in both privately held and publicly owned corporations. Prior client organizations include healthcare, senior services, retirement communities, consumer products and technology.

  • Norbert J Johnson
    CTO

    Norbert holds 12 patents and is an experienced, successful entrepreneur. Prior to Lifespire, Norbert co-founded Breakaway Imaging where he was responsible for the design and development of the O-Arm Imaging System. Acquired by Medtronic in 2007, O-Arm continues to be a very successful product today. Before Breakaway, Norbert served in various engineering roles. He received his Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

    Director

    Bernie has more than 200 patents worldwide. He recently retired as Chairman of the Board of Analogic Corporation, a company he founded. Bernie received the National Medal of Technology from President Reagan; was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering and has received several honorary engineering doctoral degrees. He is the Chairman of Lahey Clinic and a Trustee of Tufts University.

    Director

    Jeff has served as CFO and Treasurer for several emerging growth privately held companies in the technology and medical device industries, and he also serves as CFO of the Gordon Foundation and Gordon Charitable Remainder Trust. He is a member of Financial Executives International, the American Institute of CPA’s and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s, and he is a past board member of several non profit and other entrepreneurial organizations.
