Dr. Freedman co-founded Life Recovery Systems and co-invented the ThermoSuit device. He attended Tulane University and Baylor College of Medicine. He was a Flight Surgeon and trained in Cardiology at UTHSC in Houston. He is the founder of Freedman Memorial Cardiology in LA where he practices interventional cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and served on the Board of Governors for the College.

Dr. Schock is a co-founder of LRS and co-inventor of the ThermoSuit System. He received a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from RPI. He has over 20 years of experience leading R&D groups in cardiac assist, critical care and anesthesia. He was the Director of Advanced Research for the Cardiac Assist Division at Datascope Corp. Previously he managed an R&D Group for Mallinckrodt. He has authored over 25 U.S. patents and numerous publications.

Ellyn Elson is LRS’ CEO and brings over 45 years of extensive management and corporate experience to the organization. She has been the CEO for 4 previous national and international companies, with Computrition, Inc. being her last company prior to her five year retirement.
