Whitman School of Management.

    Tedella Gowans: Director of Training, Ms. Gowans has over 25 years of business and learning experience. Tedella has her M.S. Marketing Communications E-commerce from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and her B.S. in Marketing/Advertising from Southern Illinois University. Tedella currently holds training certifications in Customer Service/Leadership, Certified Walgreens Trainer, Financial Education Train-the-Trainer, Service that Sells.
