Toney Livingston is Business Banking Manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Texarkana. He completed his BBA in Management at Henderson State University in 1999 and his MBA from HSU in 2003. He has over 13 years of retail and commercial banking experience. Toney founded Lien Technologies, Inc. in 2007.

K. Michael (Mike) Casey is the McCastlain professor of finance and Associate Dean of the College of Business at the University of Central Arkansas. He completed his BBA in finance at UCA in 1990 and went on to earn both a MBA (1992) and a doctorate in finance from Louisiana Tech University (1996). Dr. Mike Casey is co-author of Personal Financial Literacy, a textbook for the high school market.

Sandy Livingston is the COO for Lien Technologies, Inc. She completed her BBA in Finance at Henderson State University in 2002. She has over seven years of accounting/bookkeeping experience and co-founded Lien Technologies, Inc.

Mary Bird leads and manages DataCast, Inc. She has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and extensive hands-on experience in both hardware and software. Her expertise has advanced from holding positions such as: VP of Customer Informations Systems of a multi-billion dollar distribution company, and Chief Information Officer for a regional pharmaceutical distribution company.

John Jarvis currently owns Jon-lark, Inc. where he provides a variety of contracted consulting services. Previously John has worked with many local organizations including: Riverbend Water Resources District as the Executive Director; Century Bank as VP of Business Development; City Councilman for Ward 5, for Texarkana, Texas; Mayor of Texarkana, Texas; and many other Board of Directors and Advisory Councils.
