We provide a digital solution for local and national NGOs, governments and administrators who want to improve educational outcomes of their programs. Rebecca McDonaldCEO
After observing the knowledge poverty in Haiti Rebecca founded Library For All in March 2012, with a vision to bring the world’s collective resources to those living in poverty.
Prior to moving to Haiti Rebecca served as the Program Manager successfully executing a 1 billion dollar stimulus plan in Brisbane given by the Australian government. She also served for over 8 years as an Ambassador for Opportunity International.

Tanyella EvansCOO
Tanyella joined Library For All in June 2012. Tanyella has experience leading development programs, including projects with the Campaign for Female Education, the national government in Greenland and educational reform in Haiti. As the CEO of Artists for Peace and Justice, she led a team to establish a high school in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Tanyella holds B.A. in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge in the UK.

Hoin ChoiOperations Coordinator
Hoin joined Library For All in November 2012. She has cultivated a passion for international human rights and social justice while serving the undeserved populations in the US, including refugees and immigrants. Hoin also taught ESL classes for 2 years and is currently enrolled in the Certificate in Teaching English program at The New School. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Human Rights and Sociology from University of Connecticut.

Kitty joined Library For All in November 2012. Her professional experience includes project management for a global consultancy firm in Melbourne, Australia, including developing management systems and risk-assessment at client sites across Australia.
