LEX Cosmetics was founded to give women what they want in beauty. People upload their color ideas to the website and after a vote, I create the winning color. But LEX Cosmetics is about more than that. Color creatrors choose a cause of their choice and we give 10 percent of that colors revenue to the cause. Finally, our colors are all 3 Free, which means they are free of dangerous toxins.

    Alexa has loved cosmetics since she was 10, and has a penchant especially for nail polish. As a kid, shes spend all her allowance money on nail polish, so she knew one day she would work in the industry.
    After business school, while Alexa was working in Tech, she decided it was time to jump into the cosmetics indisutry and founded LEX Cosmetics with the hope that it would address a need most women have - creating the perfect nail polish color.
