Company Summary

Lettuce Lads is a Controlled Environment Agriculture Technology company. In short, we exist to create a more sustainable, decentralized food system via hyper-local hydroponic farms.

Our patented hydroponics system increases yields by a minimum of 33% per flat square foot and by 246% when compared to vertical farms. It will be licensed to indoor growers and implemented in shipping containers to create local farms that operate year-round.

  • Marketing & Communications

    Matt has a varied background ranging from project management and organizational leadership to design, marketing, and sales. He has over 10 years of experience in organizing, designing, and driving projects from concept to completion, including work with small business and large non-profit organizations.

  • Business Development

    Caleb has an MBA and focuses on strategy and business development. With 9 years of experience, he has worked in sales, marketing, operations, and analyst positions as well as product management. Most recently, he was the GM of Transportation for Brewster in Banff where he managed a team of 100 employees and a $15M budget. One of the major projects in his tenure was the ideation, development, and launch of a 5 year $20M+ contract.

  • Head Engineer

    Kyle is the mad scientist and 'green thumb' on the team. Growing up in greenhouses, he has spent considerable time experimenting with various growing methods and plants. His constant drive to research and learn gives the team confidence to overcome any challenge. His attention to detail paired with his creativity in building sets Lettuce Lads to be successful as the team invents new technologies.

  • Customer Relations

    Devon has 9 years experience in sales, customer management, and logistics roles. His tenure at Brewster has been a constant process of customer development, process improvement, and increasing revenue.
