Company Summary

Our focus is to bring medical innovations to current and retired military personnel using our active cooling technology. For amputees who wear a lower limb prosthesis: our system maintains a cool, dry environment within the prosthesis, improving comfort, maintaining healthy tissue, and reducing cost. U.S. annual market potential is $603 M; commercial launch will be mid-2018. Our 2nd product limits neurological damage by cooling an injured brain.

Her last product won the 2012 WSJ Technology Innovation Award for medical devices.

    V.P., Engineering and Operations

    Mr. Titkemeyer is providing his services to Leto Solutions as a consultant in this role at this time. He has more than 20 years of experience in designing and bringing to global markets several unique medical products that improve the health and quality of life for patients.His expertise includes developing and implementing quality systems, selecting and managing vendors, and building strong engineering and operations teams.

  • Gary L. Walters
    Manager, Operations & Logistics

    Mr. Walters, a retired US Army Sargeant and veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a transtibial amputee, served as the inspiration for the Aquilonix System. In addition to his 10 years of military service in both Active and Reserve Components of the Unites States Army, he has held leadership roles in the petrochemical constructions industry in inventory management and logistics. Mr. Walters has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Vice President, Finance and Administration

    Ms. Zuercher brings 20 years of expertise in corporate finance and accounting (financial reporting and analysis, cash management, budgeting, process implementation, equity accounting and investor relations). She has a proven record of providing executives and investors with timely and accurate financial statements, cash flow and revenue projections, and oversight over accounting and finance operations. She is a graduate of UT School of Law.
