Lemon Peel LLC originated in July of 2011, with the intention of taking a unique and innovative idea to the market place. The idea originated through the guidance and direction of the thinktank program Hope Entrepreneurship Initiative. In the last 14 months our company has spent many months on both academic and market research and advanced prototyping.
