Rob is a proven executive manager with more than 18 years of banking experience. Before co-founding Legosys Corp, Rob served in various strategic and leadership roles at Wells Fargo. These roles included time in finance, servicing, fair lending, pricing strategy, business intelligence and technology delivery innovation. Rob is also a regular webinar speaker for Sheshunoff oncredit risk management topics.

Mike has over 30 years of banking experience with premier Banking organizations in Iowa (Brenton Bank President 1983-1996, Citizens Bank President 1997-2001), a bank consultant with John M. Floyd and Associations since September of 2006.

Matt has over 10 years of experience working in technology and software development including software analysis & design, programming, database & network administration, consulting, and project management. Roles have ranged from designing & managing multiple $500K+ e-commerce clients, developing database-driven financial web applications, and consulting & leading multiple development teams for enterprise level applications.

Paul has 15 years of sales and marketing experience, with the majority of that time spent in major account sales with Xerox Corp. While at Xerox he was responsible for selling equipment, software and people based services to the Financial Services Industry. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Iowa State University
