We are a family entertainment center including-bowling, arcade, full service restaurant, bar and meeting facilities. We have been through forcloser but have an offer from the bank to purchase our loan from them at a discounted rate. I have filed for bankruptcy. The SBA has a secondary loan position to the bank. All other debts are close to current except a lease/purchase on some arcade equipment.
