As a practicing attorney that spent years hiring and referring clients to other attorneys, Matthew gained unique insight into the challenges that people and businesses with legal needs encounter when trying to connect with attorneys. He is frequent speaker and writer on legal issues, and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a JD from The John Marshall Law School.

Ryan has been on the management side in the brokerage, client development, and sales industries for well over a decade, establishing and overseeing sales teams in a number of consumer-driven markets. He has served on numerous Leadership and Advisory Boards in the insurance and sales industries, and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
