Mr. Heyward has over 30 years in estate planning and probate legal matters. He is also a financial planner and works intimately in the African Methodist Episcopal denomination.

Mr. Clinkscales is a pastor in Virginia and works with local, state and national baptist ministers. A majority of these ministers lack life insurance, health insurance and retirement plans.

Mr. Mitchell holds an LLM in taxation from Case Western Reserve School of Law. He is responsible for creating the 501(c)(3) for the thousands of African American churches nationwide who elect to provide retirement accounts and similar benefits for the clergy.

Mr. Dixon has over 20 years of investment experience and is active in one of the major African American religious denominations, the African Methodist Episcopal Church which consist of over 1,200,000. Most of the ministers within this denomination lack health, life and disability insurance, retirement accounts, IRAs. His responsibility is to assist ministers through having their churches/congregants sponsor these benefits.
