I've seen the ins and outs of this business. I know what a customer needs and what customers want. I've got the demand and I have the product waiting. What a lot of salesman lack is "customer satisfaction". We you finance used cars if you want the customer to pay the whole term on time. You have to make sure its a car they fall in love with no or minor issues and low miles. I've practiced this at my previous job over a 100 cars sold in 4 months no collections or late payments; and only 2 complaints.
