Erick is a veteran of the education industry. Over the past decade he has worked in higher education, education technology, publications and professional development. He previously served as president of a start-up venture.

Tiana has spent the past 12 years educating children and adults about the importance of healthy eating. Formerly, she worked as a sales and account management executive for a national school food service provider and enjoyed the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children who lacked access to healthy meals and nutrition education.
