My company allows learners of all kinds to learn from one another. Members of the website will create a learning profile that includes what they are learning, the methods they are using to learn, the challenges they have encountered, and the successes they have experienced. This learning profile is made available to other learners. Through this process, learning becomes completely learner cantered. Learners learn by helping each other.
