    He has been mostly involved with Instructional Design & Development, having designed programs for various learner types, and ranging from frontline sales to post-graduate programs.

    He has authored books on Sales & Negotiations and Franchising & Retail.

    Ms.

    Maitreyee, a statistician by academics, has had a well nurtured experience over 17years in the sales and training domain. She has, over the years, honed her skill in Instructional Design & Project Management. She has worked in telecom and retail domains extensively.

  • Pratapaditya Chakravarty
    Mr.

    Paco, as known by his friends, has 17yrs behind him, and has managed various roles in L&D. He has been a part of 3 of the largest internal L&D startups in India, with last one in a steering role where he launched the Corporate Univ for Reliance Capital.

    He presides over KN Jayprakash Memorial Development Mission, which works towards social upliftment & employability
