Ron was a managing director at Barclays when his 25-year career was cut short in 2011 by a sleepy driver who crashed head on into his bicycle. Denise has worked in home care for almost three decades. She is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Case Manager, an Aging Life Care Professional™, and a Nursing Home Administrator. At LeanOnWe, she applies her in-depth knowledge to support the Care Advisors who help customers and she is responsible for overseeing the caregiver network. Denise's insight about the pitfalls of the industry were pivotal to helping LeanOnWe design a better model.

Mike is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and finances. He also oversees strategic planning and visioning, and is responsible for LeanOnWe's expansion into new markets. Before LeanOnWe, Mike enjoyed a 19-year career in leadership education in which he inspired over half a million young people. His book -- “Me First Leadership: It’s Not What You Think!” -- was published in 2013 and became an immediate bestseller.
