Prior to joining LeanFM, Udi led as CEO another CMU spinout (Safaba) to a successful acquisition by Amazon in 2015.

Dr. Burcu Akinci, Chief Innovation Officer and Board Member. Dr. Akinci is recognized as a pioneer in the building information space, leading research in the area of Building Information Models (BIM) for more than 20 years, and applying her expertise with multiple high-profile industry partners. She brings technology know-how, potential customer and partners relationships and credibility to LeanFM as an industry leader.

Dr. Xuesong (Pine) Liu, Chief Technology Officer, Secretary and Board Member has more than 18 years of software development experience in 3D visualization, building automation systems, and artificial intelligence. He is also experienced in practical management of preventive maintenance, capital renewal planning and asset information as a result of his years of service as the Asset Preservation Manager at CMU’s Facility Management organization.
