LeanFM’s solution analyzes building automation system data together with design information using AI. Our solution not only detect abnormal data, but also diagnose the root cause at component level and quantify the energy wastes. We have two paid customers, Cleveland Clinic and Limak Holding (Turkey). LeanFM’s solution has been deployed to 5 buildings and directly saved on average 24% of energy used by the HVAC systems.
