Mr. Lohmeier has more than 18 years of advertising and marketing experience, including work on a variety of clients in industries like: real estate, oil and gas, retail, financial services, public utilities, consumer services and entertainment.

Mr. Lohmeier also serves on the American Advertising Federation’s Board of Directors, and has since 2007.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of New Mexico.

Mr. Voghel is founder of The Catapult Company, an intellectual property (IP) creation and development firm.

Peter’s background includes time with Motorola and its KDT mobile computing division, as well as a number of successful technology based start-ups.

Today, he collaborates on product development and start-ups through Catapult Company with with an eye on creating innovative market driven technology solutions.

Mr. Vining has more than twenty years of senior-level experience in accounting and finance within various industries including financial services, consulting, software development and manufacturing.

As a CPA, Scott has a broad range of experience including time spent as a CFO, CAO and Controller for a number of companies. He has SEC experience and specializes in advisory and compliance services for publicly held companies.

Mr. McKibben has more than thirty years of senior-level experience engineering technology solutions for both private and fortune 500 companies. His past experience includes senior management positions with AT&T.

Currently, Mr. McKibben serves as Chairman of Leader Media joint venture parent, Leader Technologies, a leading provider of secure social technologies.

Mr. McKibben holds a BS in Engineering from The Ohio State University.
