Ron's primary area of expertise is in the insurance industry. He has worked as an Agent and District Manager for 3 of the top insurance companies in the world.
Ron has also participated in the creation, development, and leadership of over 10 companies in various industries: Real Estate Property Management, OTR Trucking, Income Tax Preparation, Insurance Sales, Concert and Nightclub Promotions, Debt Collections, and Internet Startups.

As the former CFO of the Pepsi/Lipton Tea Partnership and most recently the Vice President of Supplier Diversity for Pepsico, Mr. Canady provides the corporate leadership, experience, and relationships needed to help LeadWarmer grow from tiny startup to industry leader.

Michael has a Masters Degree in Engineering Management. His experience in leading technology based projects will help to guide the technology and infrastructure decisions of Lead Warmer. His role will be key in helping to develop Lead Warmers software development team in the early stages.

Arnoldo has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Similarity Search and more than 10 years of software development experience in data mining, pattern recognition, and scientific computing. He provides advice on how Lead Warmer can use data to make marketing decisions for our clients.
